Russell Duff from Iron River in Michigan first decoys in 1940s with his father. Russ now resides on Orafino, Idaho.  Russell's line ties are always marked with a spot of white paint to show best swimming attitude. His decoys are excellent swimmers and sought after by users and collectors alike.  Russ is listed in teh Kimball's book #3 on Pages 19 & 42.
