Cody Denver was born in 1988 in Grand Rapids Minnesota. He got started by taking a beginners course from Bill Carpenter also of Grand Rapids. Cody said that " I loved to carve and kept at it. I carve not only fish decoys, but a large variety of decoys, 3d carvings and some abstracts."

Cody usually signs his work and he fills carving is a great hobby and he would recommend it to anyone with hands and a lots of patience
