Frank Minsch (1900-1975)

Frank Minsch was born on March 7, 1900 in Pierz, Minnesota and was from German decent on his father's side and his mother was from Minnesota. Frank never did marry and was a custodian at a school in Pierz.

His fish are readily identifiable with burned designs that encircle the decoy with metal tails and with burned mouth and eyes.
