Jerry Kelm  is from Albany, Minnesota and started carving decoys around 1958. He was honored witht ehe Living Legend Award in 2001 from Jensen Promotions.

This is a Kelm Fish that is hand decoratd with dots in a flowered design. The eyes are glass. The decoy is 7" and signed on belly.
