James "Jim" Foote (1925-2004) formally of Gibraltar, Michigan. Jim was a World renound wildlife artist. His wildlife paintings & carvings of waterfowl & fish decoys are prized worldwide. Jim was a co-founder along with myself of the Great Lakes Fish decoy Collectors & Carvers Association in 1989.
