Ray Schinkel from North Central region of Minnesota. (Montevideo, MN. Ray has a fish pictured in the Fish Decoy 3 by the Kimballs on page 104. the decoy pictured is erroneously attributed to a "Mr. Monty" when in fact it is a Ray Schinkel.
