Darrin made this as a gift to me in December 2005. He numbered it as#151 and dated it 2005. He placed my company name on one side and my nick name on the other (CONCEPTE & larryDEE). This RED/WHITE was handcarved and painted with painted eyes, metal fins and tail, it is 5 3/4" long (nose - tail tip)and 2 3/4" wide (fin-to-fin)

Darrin has been one of my favorite carvers and in our discussion via email - he is very dedicated person to the decoys and has a very good style. He swim tests his decoys before he offers them and tells you how good they are.

Darrin's numbers system is the number of decoys he completes in a year and then restarts the numbers. He also dates his decoys
