Swimming Sytle

swimming pattern: the path or attitude of a fish while swimming.  The patterns of live fish are based upon needs — such as schooling, spawning, foraging, resting, and migration — decoy swimming patterns are limited by being tethered to the jigging sticks.  The intent of decoy swimming patterns is to attract fish within spearing range.  Common decoy swimming patterns are crippled (erratic), foraging/feeding (spiral), running (in and out), and holding position (stationary).
